Sanderson Recruitment is working with a global Business Process Outsourcing organisation who are looking to expand their growing team within centralised business applications services.

As the IT Business Partner dedicated to HR you will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of initiatives centred around their use of the global HR system SAP SuccessFactors.

Partnering directly with the global HR function and its leaders, you will scope current usage, assess gaps and work with HR stakeholders to gather their requirements. You will then work closely with the 3rd party technical partners to coordinate the delivery and implementation of technical solutions.
