Business Change Manager

£90,000 to £110,000 base + car allowance, bonus, pension + core benefits.

Yeovil- (3 days per week onsite essential)

2 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT

We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to work within a large IT (Dynamics 365 implementation) programme.

You will design, implement and lead the change management strategy, assessing the change impact on people, processes and culture continuously, deliver the communication plans and ensure the change lands successfully with the business.

To be successful in applying we are looking for;
• A strong and proven background in business change management.
• Experienced in working alongside systems integrators and 3rd parties.
• Knowledge of methodologies like ADKAR, McKinsey's or Kotter models etc.
• Previous experience of ERP transformations is highly beneficial.
• Exposure to any major IT systems implementations would be desirable.
