An exciting opportunity has arisen for Health Visitors to come and join the the 0-19 Wirral 0-19 service in Wallasey working forWirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. The post requires good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be adaptable, reliable, compassionate and approachable. You will need to have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, be flexible solution focused and support service development. You will work as part of an integrated 0-19 Team and will be required to support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and be responsible for supporting the universal partnership and partnership plus families. You will also be involved in a range of public health activities within a geographical area, to include individuals, groups and communities.
