ISTOBAL Ltd are a multinational vehicle wash manufacturer. The Internal Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the lead point of contact for designated customer account management matters

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to exceed customer expectations

- Providing quotations in a timely manner

- Process sales orders to manufacturing in a timely manner

- Daily CRM management to plan and manage pipeline and sales

- Record and communicate orders and pipeline to senior management team

- Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure the optimal running of your accounts

- Develop new business and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
