Responsibilities As The Hire Desk Controller
• Build and maintain customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities where needed.
• Dealing with on/off hires of plant equipment
• Deal with credit/invoice queries
• Maintain all paperwork is up to date and filed correctly
• Resolve any queries or claims that arise in a professional manner

Requirements As The Hire Desk Controller
• PC literate
• Excellent communication skills with a clear telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks in a sales environment.
