With the ongoing success of Kids Planet Day Nurseries, we are looking for a CRM Executive to join our marketing team at our Head Office in Lymm, helping us to make a difference and be part of the journey during our next stage of growth.

As CRM Executive (reporting in the Website Manager), youll help to deliver our ambitious plans for Kids Planets digital channels, taking responsibility to drive a best-in-class programme of automated and engaging customer journey communications across the customer lifecycle.

Experience

To be considered for the role successful applicants require at least 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including:
• Experience of Hubspot or equivalent CRM / CMS systems to build automated workflows.
• An analytical and proactive approach with the ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations based on results.
• Experience of using GA4 Analytics.
• Knowledge of other analytical platforms including Power BI would be advantageous.
