Liaise with customers and manage job registrations as needed. Complete job cards and allocate parts for each task. Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop. Ensure machines are cleaned and ready for customer collection. Provide service support to other departments as directed by the Service Manager. Handle customer and company property with care. Respond to domestic and professional customer call-outs, diagnosing faults and performing repairs. Attend training courses to stay current with product knowledge and compliance standards.
