The Service/Admin Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our service/admin operations, CRM System, Customer Service, Administration functions, Materials Ordering, Accreditations -BSI/BAFE/Construction Line etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate all aspects of service/admin operations, including but not limited to inputting accurate data onto the CRM System, scheduling, materials ordering, answering phone calls and customer service tasks.
• Responsibility for Accreditations -BSI/BAFE/Construction Line etc.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
• Monitor service requests, obtaining Purchase Orders for and assign technicians to appropriate jobs
• Communicate with customers via both telephone and email to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status.
