We are looking for experienced chicken-sitters with a taste for the country life for the month of September. Our home is a Georgian Manor sitting in 2 acres of woodland surrounded by open countryside. Accommodation for our sitters would be our cosy annex/guesthouse; essentially a one bedroom home comprising full kitchen, spacious living/diner with 40" TV with PS4 and chesterfield seating, a large king size bedroom with an excellent bed and second TV and a large en-suite bathroom with both shower and bath. Central heating and a portable air-conditioner (although we doubt you'd need this!) are included. We need someone who would be comfortable caretaking two flocks of chickens; one being a free range flock of approximately 30 and the second our breeding flock of Brahmas of up to 60 including young pullets.
