We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Development Manager to build and lead high-performing pods of developers. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and efficient environment where teams can deliver high-quality software at pace. • Lead and manage multiple development pods, consisting of Team Leads, Tech Leads, Test Leads, Developers, and Testers.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication, ownership, and a growth mindset.

• Conduct performance reviews and set individual and team goals aligned with business objectives.
