Reporting directly to the VP of Global Business Partnering and responsible for leading the Partnering organization in UK and Ireland, while working in partnership with other P&C teams, such as Talent Acquisition, and Operations in the area. The main purpose is to ensure consistency and effectiveness in HR policies, procedures, and practices across the region. They sit in the P&C Business Partner management team and ensure the collaboration with Strategic Business Partners (SBP’s) and other global P&C teams. Regionally and locally, they ensure guidance on all aspects of employee relations and general compliance with employment law(s). Essentially, they serve as an extension corporate P&C strategies and local operational needs, aspiring to align P&C initiatives with strategic objectives while addressing regional nuances.
