The Simcoe County District School Board is accepting applications for the following position:

Summer Writing Contract: DEI/ML and the First 20 Days of Mathematics, Grades 1-8 Revisions

10 hours to be completed by August 12, 2022

The Successful Candidate To The Summer Writing Contract Will Work Collaboratively With a Team Of Educators To Ensure The Tools Below Are Created With a Focus On Identity-affirming, Culturally Relevant, Anti-oppressive Pedagogies, Specifically
• Revise the First 20 Days of Mathematics, Grades 1-8 resources, including slide decks, look fors, number routines and educator resources and notes

Candidates will have system-level expertise related to the development of evidence-informed resources and professional learning related to diversity, equity and inclusion and supporting multilingual learners.

Successful applicants will be compensated at the Con-Ed Remedial Rate $46.50/hour
