Job Summary

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of semiconductor devices. Analyze and improve process workflows, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the development of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for package assembly engineering activities to support high volume production requirement.
• Conduct process optimizations, evaluations, process mapping and design of experiments to improve production yield, quality and cost of manufacturing.
• Assess quality of suspect materials and provide dispositions.
• Analyze day-to-day process issues. Work on improving detection of problem and implementing preventive actions.
• Interface with customers and support to support new package development or address customer feedback.
