Job Scope

Fort Nelson First Nation seeks to employ an Independent Registered Dental Hygienist for contract services to coordinate and manage our Children’s Oral Health Initiative (COHI) and Oral Health Professional activities, in collaboration with the First Nation’s Health Authority. The successful contractor will provide services on reserve at Fort Nelson First Nation (FNFN) and at Prophet River First Nation (approximately 80 kilometers south of Fort Nelson), for the FNFN employer. The contractor will work with on-site COHI Assistants (internal trained staff) to provide services. The contractor must have their own vehicle, valid license and insurance, and be willing to travel to the communities year-round.
