Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Daily muster call-Arrange workers according to their designation job (based on block’s
priority), Check machineries, and Update vehicle running.
• Supervise daily harvesting activity for block.
• To ensure harvesting activity is according to the harvesting standards practiced.
• To ensure FFB evacuation to ramp is going smoothly without hiccups.
• To ensure harvesting activity in block is in line with interval recorded.
• Supervise field maintenance.
• Prepare mapping road on map by using GPS.
• To submit FFB crop weekly.
• P&D – intrusion, night patrolling and elephant trenching.
• To update intrusion report.
• Other responsibilities-Supervise upkeep line site, water treatment plant and genset.
