Job Description:
• Candidate must possess at least Degree of Agriculture/Forestry/Plantation Management or Equivalent.
• To handle daily Estate operations.
• To compile and submit monthly report to Group Manager.
• To prepare Annual Budget & manage monthly estate accounts.
• Excellent leadership qualities and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in Rubber or Forest plantation will be an advantage

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Agriculture/ Forestry/Plantation Management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing an Oil Palm nursery.
• Excellent leadership qualities and able to work under pressure.
• Required language(s): Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Oil Palm Plantation is required for this position.
• Wiling to be relocated.
