Introduction

This position is for a DP Admin Clerk to be based in Westville, Durban. The main purpose of the position is to capture customer sample information accurately and timeously and to ensure that the company's analytical data and diagnosis is received by the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities

The main purpose of the position: To capture customer sample information accurately and timeously and to ensure that the company's analytical data and diagnosis is received by the customer.

Duties include:
• Registering and updating customer / equipment / component information
• Capturing sample submission information
• Capturing customer feedback
• Resolving discrepancies between the sample bottle and submission form
• Querying/rectifying incorrect information provided by the customer
• Distribution of internal reports

Desired Experience & Qualification

Required education: Matric

Required work experience:
• Good computer skills are essential.
