Introduction

Our Client is looking for a Millwright who has had previous experience with the Food Industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Daily Tasks
• Unlock Factory and turn on all machinery as well as the water pump and compressor.
• Check water levels of Jojo tanks and oil level in compressor.
• Ensure that machines are reaching correct operation temperatures.
• Provide machine operators and mixers with the production schedule for the day.
• Ensure the correct product is in production and that quality control has been done.
• Ensure all the machines are running smoothly and at the correct speeds before going to complete production report.
• Complete production report.
• Check if production is going to make their daily target.
• At the end of day ensure all machines have been cleaned and turned off as well as that the wate feed to jojos is off and the compressor is off
• Track yields per kg of sachet material
• Assist with month end stock takes for the factory
