PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Prints check batches and supporting reports.
Routes check with invoices and supporting documentation for signature.
Mails or distributes check as appropriate and files invoices and supporting documentation in Accounts Payable files.
Receives and date stamps all invoices and other payment requests for Telecommunication companies.
Verifies the mathematical accuracy of all non-Work Order invoices including accuracy of sales tax.
Inputs and scans all non-Work Order invoices into Accounts Payable module, matching to related shipping documents, purchase orders, or other... More Detail
