Rope Access Operations Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To Manage and develop our existing multi-disciplined rope access offering and aid the management team to grow the department in multiple market sectors UK & Europe. Perform rope access management as required to our customers onshore and offshore. Also maintain our IRATA certification. In time build the team and grow the business.

DUTIES

· Client facing promoting company and offering, participation in ITT and bringing in new business.

· Maintain IRATA certification

· Lead site projects from office & build team

· Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.

· Ensure all service-related quality control procedures and processes are followed

· Liaising with the Operations Director on a day by day basis to ensure quality and service delivery is being maintained

· Highlight any risks and work as a team to provide a solution to any service delivery or QHSE issues
