As a Maintenance Manager, you will form part of a manufacturing facility leadership team ensuring compliance of yourself and your team to internal and external regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring asset contribution to OEE (availability, performance, and quality) through world-class asset care processes and appropriate asset care strategy. You will provide expert mentorship to your given business area regarding assets, asset care, asset performance, and variability. You will also deliver Asset Care capability and Data-driven improvements to deliver the business strategy for your business unit.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Significant and relevant experience of assets and asset care practices within a highly regulated environment

- Evidence of improvement in equipment performance, productivity, and team effectiveness
