Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity to join a new opening at our recently refurbished venue.
We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The successful candidate will oversee food preparation, ensure adherence to food safety standards, and manage kitchen operations in our restaurant.

Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist in the creation of menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and assistants
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
