We are currently looking for two talented and motivated Project Administrators to join our team in our Solent office. This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of three days a week in the office and the remainder at home.

What does the role involve?

As the Project Administrator you'll provide timely, efficient and professional project administration support to Project Managers using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and project database.

The Project Administrator Will Be Responsible For
• Setting up and updating projects in the ERP system, ensuring the system reflects the latest financial position by liaising with Project Managers.
• Supporting, coordinating and facilitating the adherence to agreed processes and procedures.
• Working within the Project Support team to assist Building Control surveyors with the creation and issuing of statutory documents, including the Initial Notice and Final Certificate.
