A great opportunity to work as part of our small team at our local branch in Harpenden, managing our customers' savings needs as a Branch Manager. The successful candidate must have financial services experience and an experienced manager of people.

We'd like someone to work Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday morning and must have experience of working within financial services.

We are a regulated Society so you'll also learn about the policies and processes needed to ensure we do the right thing for our customers and protect their monies.

Responsible for adhering to and supporting Branch Cashiers in compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures in relation to the activities of running a branch office of the Society. To lead the Branch Cashiers to achieve business plans and manage those functions in line with the Board’s policies, taking overall responsibility for the conduct of those business areas and their performance.
