The COATS Charity for senior citizens based in Crowthorne is seeking a Manager to run the COATS Day Centre.

The Day Centre operates weekdays only providing companionship, hot lunches, entertainment, and activities for up to 40 senior citizens each day.

Reporting to a board of Trustees, The Centre Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the COATS Centre including:
• Planning and overseeing the delivery of services to the COATS Day Centre Visitors.
• Managing a team of 7 staff including lounge assistants and catering staff. Including recruitment and retention.
• Managing and scheduling a team of volunteers including minibus drivers.
• Managing the Day Centre finances in collaboration with the COATS Treasurer.
• Liaising with external agencies and organisations involved in the care and wellbeing of seniors.
• Liaising with external individuals and organisations who support and sponsor the COATS Day Centre activities.
