Job summary

Weare currently seeking a Registered Nurse to Join our Derwentside CommunityNursing Teams. The successful applicant will work across the Derwentside Areaand surrounding villages from office bases in Shotley Bridge Hospital andStanley. The teams cover 8am until 9pm 7 days a week on a duty roster. The roleinvolves providing holistic nursing care to adult patients in their own home orresidential care setting. Sucessful applicants will be required to hold a firstlevel nursing registration with the NMC, additional training specific to therole can be provided.

Main duties of the job

TheCommunity nursing team provide both planned and reactive care including UrgentCommunity Response.
