Key Accountabilities:
• Provide technical site assurance on a portfolio of projects in the delivery of RIIO outputs through Technical Inspections and Audits
• Promote Safety, Health and Environmental standards on site through audits/inspections and investigations
• Input into the development of tenders and evaluation of tender submissions including procurement events and NEC contracts.
• Fulfil the NEC4 contract Project Supervisor requirements, ensuring that the works are carried out in line with the quality defined by the contractual Works Information.
• Provide a regular presence on site adopting sensible monitoring principles.
• Ensure all third parties undertaking construction activities on the company's behalf including permitry are in accordance with SC091
• Provide contract management and feedback to drive performance and promote consistent high quality projects through the maintenance of site records in order to support contractor KPI's.
