Are you a dedicated educator looking to impact troubled youth in a Christian ministry context? Join Rock Solid Refuge in rural Saskatchewan, where we run a unique 12-month biblically-based live in treatment program for teen boys with life-controlling issues. Our goal is their well being through responsible reintegration and participation in society. As a Saskatchewan certified grade school teacher, you'll guide students through grades 7 to 12, liaise with parents and schools, oversee academic progress, and create a safe learning environment. Bring your heart for troubled teens and organizational skills to our transformative team.

Qualifications:
• Saskatchewan Teaching Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience with diverse student challenges (ADHD, ODD, PTSD)
• Background in at-risk youth or similar
• Strong references and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to Christian values and faith integration
• Eligibility to work in Canada
