JOB DUTIES:

Make necessary preparations for cooking meals

Determine size and proportion of food

Cook dishes and food items

Supervise the activities of Kitchen Helpers

Maintain inventory and records of food items, kitchen supplies and equipment

Ensure a clean kitchen

Train Kitchen staff in their duties

WORK EXPERIENCE: 6 to 12 months of relevant work experience

EDUCATION: Secondary School Diploma/Certificate

LANGUAGE OF WORK: English

WAGE RATE: CAD 15.00 per hour
