Tasks Generating invoices for accounts payable. Answering client enquiries regarding their invoices. Separating, verifying, and archiving various billing-related documents. Validating, adding, or adjusting rates according to established tariff agreements. Preparing and managing supplier invoices received via email or post. Preparing and billing detailed accounts for fixed price projects. Promptly billing for projects. Correcting problematic information. Monitoring accounts receivable. Entering data into Maestro or SAP software.

Collaborating with the Director, project managers, and other departments. Performing any other tasks related to data entry and billing.
