The Communications Officer, Small-Scale Sites supports the planning and implementation of the communications and engagement process related to all residential properties and residents involved in the Port Hope Area Initiative (PHAI) cleanup program as it relates to communicating the SSS project life-cycle: property owner consent, characterization, delineation, design, agreement negotiation, remediation, and restoration. The Communications Officer reports to the Communications Manager, Small Scale Sites. Responsibilities include developing communication strategies and supporting communications products to ensure residents and neighborhoods are aware of upcoming work and safety measures.
