The purpose of this position is to assist the lead in coordinating the implementation of public programs and processes administered by the Business Operations branch of CNL’s Historic Waste Program (HWP), including the Complaints Resolution Program (CRP) and the Property Value Protection Program (PVP), as well as processes related to property owner accommodation/relocation during remediation, and property acquisition by CNL.

What will you be doing !
• Assist the lead with the Complaints Resolution Program (CRP), Property Value Protection (PVP) Program and the accommodation/relocation of residents and businesses, explain the programs to property owners, residents, and other stakeholders, and guide those who choose to access these programs through the process, acting as the single point of contact.
