The Health Physicist (HP) will work under the general guidance of the Historic Waste Program Management office (HWP MO) Manager, Radiation Protection and the Health Physicist (HP) Lead in providing Health Physics and Radiation Protection (RP) support to the Historic Waste Program (HWP) Management Office. As an individual contributor, executes moderately complex technical work by providing HP Subject Mater Expert (SME) on routine technical work topics providing support to CNL and/or CNL Remediation Contractors in the development, implementation, and oversight of radiation protection practices. The HP will participate in the review of plans and procedures and deliver effective oversight of field implementation of CNSC and PHAI compliant RP program elements.
