The Human Resources Branch (HR) supports the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) with human resources and organizational development initiatives, programs and services related to workforce planning, leadership development, recruitment and retention, corporate HR priorities, occupational health and safety, Indigenous strategic human resources, cultural safety, equity diversity & inclusion, corporate learning and development, and strategic HR consulting.
