The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, detail oriented, and motivated to grow within the company. As an important member of the Operations Team, you will assist the Site Manager. Experience in manufacturing or construction along with familiarity and comfort using simple power tools would help set you up for success.

What You’ll do:
• Lead the Operations Team
• Hire, train, develop, direct, promote and discipline operations staff.
• Oversee production and maintenance departments.
• Create daily schedules.
• Monitor and control staffing levels.
• Review timecards and approve vacation schedules for Operations Team.
• Keep track of inventory
• Oversee deliveries.
