Location: ECR, Chennai
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Present and promote educational services using persuasive skills
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer databases with meticulous attention to detail
- Meet and exceed call and sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of [2-3] years of experience in telecalling
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
