Knowledge and Experience required:
# Experience in Earth Works, Geotechnical, Water Reticulation, Sewer Reticulation.
# Knowledgeable in Road Works, Road Infrastructure, Retaining Structure. Job Description
# To inspects road surfaces for hazards or signs of deterioration, clears mud, weeds and debris from road and spreads grit or salt as required;
# Monitoring road signs and signals to help guide drivers through construction zones.
# Monitoring cuts away broken road surface with pick or pneumatic drill; # Monitoring heats bitumen in bucket, applies it to newly laid asphalt and beats or draws tamper head on asphalt to close joints;
# Monitoring spreads bitumen, tar or asphalt and compacts surface using roller;
# Monitoring spreads aggregate over road surfaces using shovel and lays markings on road surface; # Reporting unsafe conditions to supervisors in order to prevent accidents from occurring.
