Handle payroll including statutory deduction.
Ensure timely submission and proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labour laws.
Prepare letters such as offer, confirmation and acceptance of resignation.
Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database &etc) of each employee.
Keep records of all HR documentation assist in ISO related matters.
Prepare, assist and maintain the day-to-day admin function and operation activities.
Assisting the Senior Human Resource Manager for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions and activities which includes manpower recruitment & selection, headcount report, payroll administration, compensation & benefit, leave administration, Learning &Development coordination, HR policies and procedures.
Perform any other assignments as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Psychology / Economics or equivalent.
