My client in the Technical Training & Development Industry is currently looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their Company....

Duties include;

Provide technical information and support to customers

Maintain high level of customer satisfaction thereby improving the image of the organisation

Undertake sales and marketing activities as planned to include sales calls planning, customer contact, creating and recording an outlook calendar for appointments with customers , comprehensive media marketing

Deal with customer complaints efficiently and with urgency to ensure that customers are not lost

Undertake administrative procedures according to company SOPs

Provide comprehensive weekly sales and marketing progress reports to the Business Manager, the reports will be monitored for sales performance and gap closures

Skills Required

2- 5 years Sales and Marketing experience

Valid driver’s licence
