Direct activities of the Motor Pool area. Responsible for overseeing the assessment, preparation, inspection, dispatch, maintenance, repair & disposal of all the plant equipment & machineries.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities including work assignment, setting priorities & targets and directing work of his subordinates.
• Supervise troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance activities.
• Review repair requests & make appropriate recommendations.
• Check requests for industrial tools, equipment, supplies, replacement parts and other materials in the motor pool area.
• Analyze productivity and implement efficiency program.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree preferably Mechanical Engineering or other Technical Course
• At least 5 years experience in the same position.
