Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely placement of orders to allow suppliers to stock up and deliver according to required arrival dates.
• Collaborate with PMC and Logistics department to manage for the shipping plans.
• Assist in arranging trial introductions of new specification materials in the process; develop suppliers offering competitive prices and quality to achieve cost reduction goals.
• Handle abnormal supplier arrivals by coordinating with quality/process/supplier to arrange for re-delivery and provide abnormal reports.
• Execute quarterly customized quota purchases in accordance with procurement strategy.
• Address quality issues with suppliers by realigning procurement strategies or adjusting supplier ratios.
• Input invoices into the system by the end of each month.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any Engineering field/ Management/ Business Studies/ Economics or equivalent.
