Location: Flint

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships and collaborate with machine operators to enhance efficiency
• Review and develop current SOPs
• Minimum of 5 years of on-the-job experience
• Assist on the shopfloor when needed
• Hold daily production meetings to allocate jobs
• Liaise daily with the Managing Director and head office
• Coordinate closely with factory production, technical, and stock supervisors
• Understand workflows and optimise processes
• Manage health & safety requirements
• Conduct QA checks throughout the day
• Send monthly hours for wages to head office
• Organise and schedule machine maintenance, including ad-hoc repairs
