We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Sutton to assist with the appointment of a Planner, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £15.18 - £18.62 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Uphold SHPs Values, Behaviours & Leadership expectations at all times (see overleaf)
• Manage the MCM appointments system from status 0 - 3 to include planning of jobs with operatives and subcontractors. Update appointments where appropriate
• Support the Communal Supervisor/Surveyor in delivering an effective communal repairs service
• Receive requests for communal repairs and place job orders with operatives or subcontractors
• Follow-on work booked in a timely manner
• Monitor all actions and variations requests

Qualification:
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
• Literate and numerate and demonstrates competency in spoken and written English by qualification or interview
