Technical Instructor (Aircraft Maintenance)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with an international defence client who are looking for an aircraft maintenance Technical Instructor to join a key team delivering a variety of training solutions, including CAA modules, Type Training and Assessing learners’ performance and related knowledge in a range of tasks and to ensure that the learners’ competence and knowledge demonstrated meet the requirements of the Apprenticeship Qualification standards.

What you’ll be doing:
• Delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices (including classroom, on aircraft consolidation, practical assignments and testing) that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business.
