Our client, a 'GOOD' Ofsted rated IFA is looking to recruit a passionate social worker who wants to make a positive impact within fostering.

They are looking for candidates who share their vision - to help communities benefit from the positive contribution their children will make when they are healed and able to thrive. They achieve this through their values of integrity, collaboration, nurture, aspiration and outstanding quality.

They follow a therapeutic fostering model and offer ongoing training and development to all their social workers, working therapeutically, on successful completion of the probation period, plus a progression scheme to advanced levels.

They will consider candidates who have transferable skills from Adult Social Worker roles or front line children's teams.

Salary up to £43k

On call rota with OOH paid £2000 at year pro rata (one in ten weeks )
