QVSR Seafarers Centres is looking for a General Assistant to support the Centre Manager in the smooth operation of the seafarers' centre in the Port of Tilbury. The centre provides a welcoming and comfortable environment for seafarers, visitors and the local community. The role is varied and requires flexibility, responsibilities include sales of merchandise, refreshments and SIMS / top-up cards, keeping the centre clean and tidy and diving the seafarers to and from the ship.

Qualifications:

GSCE level or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Retail or Hospitality / Customer Service experience

Full clean driving licence
