Environmental Lead - Chemicals Manufacturing - Lincolnshire - 63-67k + 10% bonus, private healthcare, 12% employer pension, 9 day fortnight

A world leading chemicals manufacturer is looking for an Environmental Lead to join their saftey team. Reporting to the SHEQ Manager for the site, you will take ownership of all environmental responsibilities for the site. You will have 2 direct reports; an Occupational Hygienist, and an Environmental Advisor.

This role will be focused on taking ownership of Environmental Management for the site, environmental projects, and long term, strategic planning of the companies environmental goals and policies. Some of the primary responsibilities are below;
• To own the Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring ISO 14001 certification
