About the job:

The Broadstairs supporting living service provides 24-hour care for adults with learning disabilities. The services are customised to foster as much independence as possible for each individual.

In this setting, you will assist individuals with both learning and physical disabilities to reside in their own purpose-built flats—six flats in one section and four in another. Support Workers are assigned to specific individuals, matching based on shared preferences and personalities to form a specialised core team.
