Job summary

Mocketts Wood Surgery is a GP Surgery in Broadstairs, looking after 9150 patients, and are looking for a part time receptionist.

The role is for 25 hours a week over 5 days, and we are looking for a reliable, well-organized, professional, enthusiastic, flexible, friendly individual to join our fantastic team, with a sound customer service and clerical background.

Main duties of the job

You will working within a supportive team, in a busy environment, which at times is demanding. Reliability is a priority. You should have a strong commitment to high standards of service delivery, performing a wide range of receptionist and administrative duties including answering telephones, booking appointments, providing assistance to patient queries and maintaining accurate patient records.

The successful candidate must have experience of working within a similar role with excellent communication skills and be I.T. proficient.
