OTE £50,000 PA
8.30 am to 6 pm – 5 days a week, including Saturday (day off in lieu)
Must hold clean driving licence and have your own car

Remuneration Package:
• For the initial 3-month probation period, the salary negotiable DOE is up to £28.000 PA.
• After 3 months your salary will revert to £20,000 PA Basic + Commission for listing and sales.
• On Target Earnings between £35,000 to £40,000 PA.

We are recruiting for a family-run Estate Agents established since 1958. They have three branch offices, all are market leaders in their towns. Billericay office will be your base. This is a progressive role, you must have the tenacity, ability, and ambition to be considered as they are looking, long term, for this position to move to Branch Manager.
